HOW TO SET UP A JOB
- Click on the house+ symbol
- Complete client information.
- Choose date and time of showing(s)
- Add showings
- Be sure your payment method is showing and up-to-date. Choose to invite agents in the same brokerage or not.
- Voila! The app will show you how many agents are available in your area.
- The job will now show in your app under the Awaiting a Showing Agent section
HOW TO ACCEPT A JOB
- Showing Agents will be notified as soon as the Hiring Agent submits a job into the system.
- You will get a notification through the app so be sure notifications are set up
- You will also see ALL available jobs under Offers.
- Once you have accepted a job it will be moved to your Upcoming Showings section as well as added to your calendar.
- On the day of your showing the Upcoming Showing job will be moved to Active Showings.
IN APP NAVIGATION
Be sure to use TSOA in app navigation even if you use another form of navigation in order to get paid)
- On the day of the showing you will be notified of your Upcoming Showing(s).
- At that time use the START button, Navigation Arrow or the Global Icon that may pop up to help you navigate to each house.
- Once you have arrived at the house you will click Arrive, Check In, Take a Picture of the front of the house and then Check Out when finished. Provide feedback/comments
- Repeat until the job is complete and click End Job
HOW TO GET PAID
- Once jobs are completed the monies held from the Hiring Agent will automatically transfer to your wallet.
- You must have your Stripe account set up to get paid.
- You can then move your money to your bank account. (Allow 3-7 days to process)
TURNING ON/OFF YOUR AVAILABILITY
1. Showing Agents must turn their availability ON to show and receive showing requests.
2. In order to logout be sure to turn OFF your availability and then log out of your account.
CALENDAR SYNC
In order to sync jobs to your calendar, Go your Settings and give The Show Off App access to your calendar.
